Concordia University, Nebraska's ninth annual Academic and Research Symposium featured 55 academic projects from a variety of disciplines presented by 57 students April 24 in the Thom Leadership Education Center on Concordia's campus.

Concordia University, Nebraska held its 112th commencement Saturday, May 4, awarding undergraduate and graduate degrees to more than 300 May graduates.

Chadron State College will confer 247 undergraduate degrees during the spring commencement in the Chicoine Center, Saturday, May, 5.

A total of 11,758 students enrolled during the 2016 fall semester at The University of Alabama were named to the Dean's List with an academic record of 3.5 (or above) or the President's List with an academic record of 4.0 (all A's). The UA Dean's and President's lists recognize full-time undergraduate students. The lists do not apply to graduate students or undergraduate students who take less than a full course load.

Chadron State College has announced that 387 students met requirements for the spring 2016 dean's list by earning at least a 3.5 cumulative grade point average on a 4.0 scale. Students must be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours of coursework during the semester to qualify.
